Importing from Excel and Numbers

OrgChartX enables the copying of data from Microsoft Excel and Apple Numbers to facilitate the creation of multiple nodes and the updating of numerous cells within the OrgChartX grid view.

Create Nodes

Copy content from MS Excel and Apple Number and paste it as a child node into a selected node in OrgChartX. OrgChartX constructs the tree structure based on the data and assigns values to multiple columns simultaneously.

For detailed steps, see the guide of insert multiple nodes en masse.

Grid View Cell Editing

In the grid view, efficiently update multiple cells within the same column. Select the desired cells and either copy/paste text from another source or directly enter the new values.

For detailed steps, see the guide of change cells in the grid view.

Grid View Multi-Column Editing

Need to update multiple cells across different columns? In the grid view, select the desired cells across multiple columns and copy/paste data from a source like Excel or Apple Numbers. OrgChartX automatically updates the corresponding cells.

For detailed steps, see the guide of change cells in the grid view.
